All Paws Animal Hospital Updated COVID-19 Policy

To limit human contact and pet interaction, our lobby will remain closed at this time. We ask that you call the front desk at 715-926-1122 upon arrival and a staff member will assist you, initially over the phone.


Appointments (wellness or sick patient visits): 

Curbside appointments are available and encouraged. 

If you wish to leave the premises during your pet’s visit, unless other arrangements have been made in advance, we ask that:

  • Notify the staff member who picks your pet up that you are planning to leave for a short time. 
  • You are available by phone during the visit in case we need additional information, to discuss findings and test results, and to help us develop a care plan for your pet. 
  • You plan to return within 30-60 minutes of dropping your pet off. 
  • You call us when you return to the parking lot. 

If you wish to come in with your pet:

  • Be aware that patient history will be obtained over the phone.
  •  A staff member will meet you at the door to escort you inside.
  • With the exception of enuthanasia, we ask that only one person come inside for each appointment.
  • We ask that you wear a mask if you are inside our facility.

Reminder: If you are not feeling well or are experiencing symptoms of illness, please do not enter the facility. Consider rescheduling your pet’s appointment. If your pet is sick or injured and needs to be seen, the appointment will be handled curbside. If possible, please have a family member or friend who is feeling well bring your pet to the appointment. 

Surgery and Dental admissions: All surgery and dental admissions will be done via curbside admission.

Food and Medication Pickup: All food and medication pick up will be done via curbside service. Simply call the office when you arrive to pick up your order. If you are able, please call at least 48 hours in advance of the preferred pick up time. 

Many items are available for convenient home delivery by visiting our online store.  

If your pet enjoys Hill’s Nutrition, we would be happy to set up an account with the Hills to Home program which also offers convenient home delivery.  Please call for more information.
